LAHORE- Afghanistan’s star leg-spinner Rashid Khan has arrived in Pakistan to join Lahore Qalandars ahead of their enthralling encounter against Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Premier League.

On its official Twitter account, the Qalandars announced the arrival of the bowling star in Pakistan. They also posted a photo of Mr Khan with the remark, “Khush Amdeed [welcome]”.

He recently led his country in a three-match T20I series against the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Afghanistan won the series 2-1 with a six-wicket victory over the UAE in the last match.

The leg-spinner also played in the PSL 2022, taking 13 wickets in nine matches. He was unable to play in the final match of the Lahore Qalandars because he had to join his national team in Bangladesh for an ODI and T20I series.
